GIMMEL (THIRD) of TAMMUZ AND RAMBAM

I hope everyone is well.
Today is the auspicious day of Gimmel Tammuz (3rd of Tammuz) which is the Yohrtzeit of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, and it is also the Yohrtzeit of our dear father.
It is so touching for me to see these 2 yohrtzeit candles standing next to each other on the mantle-piece in our home BH!
Thank you to the many members of the Family who gave Tzedaka today for this occasion and may Hashem's blessings come from this!
I would like to link these 2 yohrtzeits, with the Studying of Rambam, from an interesting Dvar Torah I heard this week.
The learning of Rambam was very close to the Rebbe's heart and he set up cycles so that all Jews can learn it together, either 3 chapters a day over 1 year, or 1 chapter a day over 3 years.
When I wrote my summaries of Rambam, I dedicated this work to our parents AH.
Daddy was niftar 1983.
The Rebbe started the Rambam campaign 1984.
The first siyum HaRambam (end of first cycle) was Yud Aleph Nissan, the Rebbe's birthday.
The siyum this year is in 2 week's time on 17th Tammuz (9th July), which concludes the 39th cycle.
And so the 40th Cycle starts on the 10th July 20
AND TAKE A GUESS WHEN THIS CYCLE ENDS NEXT YEAR?
Yes, Gimmel Tammuz!
The first cycle ended on the Rebbe's birthday, and the upcoming 40th cycle, with all the significance of the no. 40, ends on Gimmel Tammuz next year, the Rebbe's yohrtzeit!
This is going to be a significant year of learning!

It says in Pirkei Avos that 40 years old is for bina - understanding
So lets make a resolution today, on Gimmel Tammuz, that we will participate in this upcoming 40th cycle of learning Mishneh Torah, and that by next Gimmel Tammuz, our understanding of Torah and life will be significantly enhanced.
It should be that this siyum will take place in Yerushalayim where the whole of Bnei Yisrael will be celebrating together with our loved , departed ones.
