JOY IN BATTLE

Dear Family,

I hope that everyone is well and having a happy Adar 1!

Mazal Tov to Daniella whose Hebrew birthday is this week. Wishing you an amazing year Daniella in both secular and spiritual together with Ariel whose birthday is 2 days later! It was so nice to be with you both in New York.

So Mazal Tov also, Ariel on your birthday. Wishing you both many celebrations together! And with much success and happiness.

Continuing with the theme of JOY IN ADAR, I saw this short vort from Derher magazine:

A Jewish soldier was speaking to the Tzemach Tzedek (the third Lubavitch Rebbe, 1789 - 1866), and said,

"A war cannot be won with tears.

A war is taken on while singing a march!"

The Tzemach Tzedek then exclaimed:

"THIS IS A TRUE SOLDIER!"

(And implied is that we can all be true soldiers in our own personal battles of life)
