JOY OF SHABBOS
Dear Family,
I hope that everyone is well.

Mazal Tov to Kerry Lee on her birthday tomorrow. Hope all going well in SA for you and your Family Kerry Lee and wishing you a fantastic year in both the physical and spiritual!
Mazal Tov to Mikayla Davidoff. Haven't seen you all in a while! Wishing you a wonderful year together with Perry!
We wish long life to Mommy for the yohrtzeit of Pepe next week. Funny, I dreamt about him this last week. His neshamah should have an Aliyah and the whole Family should know only happy occasions.
It is also the yohrtzeit of a friend of ours, Shimon Pilsner, who spent many Shabbosim and Yom Tvim in our home. His neshamah should have an Aliyah.
In this week's Sedra Vayakhel, the theme of Shabbos comes up (V35:2), and I saw a short interesting short point from a Dvar Torah from The Rebbe about this, which I think also reflects another dimension of JOY AND HAPPINESS during the months of Adar, as we head into Adar 2.
Regarding Shabbos, the verse states, "6 days of the week, work shall be done.."
The terminology used, implies that the work will get done by itself (In other words it does not say, "6 days of the week you shall do work.", but rather, "work shall be done..")
The lesson that we learn, is that we must try and reduce the huge amount of mental effort that we invest in our businesses during the week.
In this way it will make it easier for us to move away from our business worries on Shabbat.
AND THEREFORE WE WILL BE ABLE TO BETTER APPRECIATE THE SPIRITUAL BEAUTY AND JOY OF THE SHABBOS DAY!
Wishing everyone a very joyous Shabbos and a Gut Chodesh!
