I would like to welcome a new Family member to our Group, Dov Hyman, who is originally from Baltimore, and lives in New York (correct me if I am wrong) with his Family. Welcome Dov! So nice to be in touch again Our children probably remember Dov when he came with his Family to join our Pesach Seder many years ago. And Mommy and I remember so well your parents Dov, Nat and Joy ah, who came to us in London when we were engaged, and we met on numerous other occasions.. I also remember when I was about 10 years old, my parents went on a trip to Baltimore (travelling was rare in those days) to have a reunion with your Bobba Vichna, your parents and the many other relatives who had formed a Davidoff club in Baltimore, as far as I understood it.. My Bobba Bryna ah and Dov's Bobba Vichna ah were sisters. So my father ah and Dov's father, Nathan ah, were first cousins. So I suppose that Dov and I are second cousins.
It would be great if someone can draw up a small Family Tree, only showing the links of all the members of our Group. This will be a nice way for everyone to get to know each other better. Kevin and Batsheva were going to try and do this at some stage. It would be a nice time to revive this Kevin, especially as your birthday is coming up soon!! Or any other volunteers?
We are now headed for Purim, and Purim is the time for pure FUN AND JOY. So no words this week. Just some fun videos and audios: ENJOY.
