Dear Family,

I hope everyone is well.

BH we have another week of many birthdays:

Mazal Tov to Pesach! Wishing you a year of continued success and happiness Pesach, in both the material and spiritual, with nachas from all your Family!

Mazal Tov to Claude! Wishing you a year of good health and happiness with much joy from your grand children, together with Joy

Mazal Tov to Dovi! Keep up all the good work Dovi, and wishing you much hatzlochah with everything that you do!

Mazal Tov to Yeshayah last but not least. We love you Yeshayah and wish you a sweet and happy year, giving your parents much nachas!

We are now in the month of Iyar, whose letters spell out "I am G-d your HEALER" (Ani Hashem Rofechah)

And in this connection, I saw a letter that the Rebbe had written to someone who had said about himself "that he wants to be realistic about his health, based on the prognosis he had been given by physicians on his condition" (It sounds like this person had been given not good news about his health)

The Rebbe answered as follows:

"I want to tell you first, that even from the realistic point of view, we must recognize the fact that, very many times, the greatest physicians have made mistakes.

Moreover, in recent times, we see that new discoveries are made daily in the medical field, with new wonder drugs and methods, which have revolutionised medical treatment.

Secondly, observing life in general, we see so many things which are strange and unbelievable, that to be truly realistic, one cannot consider anything to be impossible.

In a condition, which, to a large extent, is bound up with the nervous system and the resistance of the body, even medical opinion agrees that the stronger the patients faith in cure, and the stronger that his will is to get better, so the stronger becomes his ability to recover. .....................

With blessing, and hoping to hear good news from you"

This week's Sedra is Kedoshim - Holiness, and it covers 51 essential, core Mitzvot, all packed into 64 verses, teaching us how to be holy

Wishing everyone a Gut Shabbos and much good health!

Love to all.
